Kristine Geisen
Owner and President

 

Kristine is a professional executive with a passion for the mortgage and real estate industries. She possesses comprehensive expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate brokerage and mortgage lending.

 

During the first half of her career, Kristine was a managing account executive for the southeastern division of Greenpoint Mortgage which at the time was one of the largest mortgage lenders in south Florida. Her leadership, knowledge and attention to detail, coupled with her team spirit and motivation, took Greenpoint production to the top in the industry in record time.

 

Shortly thereafter, Kristine was recruited to join Broker Management Services Inc. (BMS) to re-invigorate the company and take it to the next level. Since coming aboard, Kristine has forged powerful relationships within the mortgage industry, excelling with her strong leadership skills and deep business contacts.

 

In fact, in less than three years, Kristine has spearheaded several key technology initiatives that have streamlined and significantly shortened the disposition process for mortgage companies, lenders, servicers and government financial agencies, among others. These leading-edge breakthroughs have saved clients an unprecedented amount of time and huge sums of money.

Key to moving properties so fast is having a robust team of “on the ground” real estate professionals who can market and sell inventory to their local buyer pools. Accordingly, Kristine simultaneously maximized the performance of the BMS nationwide broker network and continues to do so in an industry that is growing and changing every day.

 

It’s because of this vision and success that Kristine -- who started as an account representative and held every position in the company throughout her tenure -- purchased a majority stake in BMS, assuming all of the responsibilities that come along with ownership.

 

 

Brad Geisen
Vice President

 

Brad Geisen is a 25-year veteran of the REO business.


He is the founder of Foreclosure.com, which is the most complete nationwide database of foreclosures and distressed real estate listings available online. Today, Foreclosure.com is the highest trafficked REO-oriented website in the world.
Brad is a master of marketing and systemizing project work flows. He has developed, managed and worked hands on in every aspect of the industry for every government agency with REO inventory. Throughout his successful career, Brad has also worked alongside many of the top lenders and servicers in the nation.


In 1991, Brad was contracted by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to run a test pilot program to outsource and privatize the department's property disposition arm. He developed a program that was so successful and exceeded the government’s expectations that the program still exists today.


It is currently referred to as HUD M&M, which is known as the industry standard for real estate asset disposition. The program also included the management and marketing of distressed real estate assets.


Based on this initial success, Brad has held consecutive contracts with HUD. In fact, He currently holds the record for the longest duration as Primary Contractor for disposition of HUD properties in the United States.


Throughout his career, Brad has promoted community outreach and first-time homeownership initiatives. He conducted initiatives for non-profit organizations and first-time homebuyers, as well as developed mixed-use and "lifestyle" developments to meet the needs of changing economic environments.


Brad is a covenant recipient of several distinguished real estate designations, demonstrating his commitment to the education of real estate professionals.


Specifically, certified asset property manager, loan portfolio analyst, licensed mortgage lender (Florida), licensed mortgage broker (Florida), and licensed real estate broker (Florida) are just a few of the many certifications/designations that Brad has earned over the years.


He’s also a successful investor, developer and manager who has launched multiple businesses in the real estate, banking and Internet technology sectors.

 

Patrick Butler
Manager

 

Patrick is a 25 year veteran of the real estate industry with expertise spanning virtually every aspect of residential real estate brokerage.


During the first half of his career, Patrick was an award winning Managing Broker as well as Director of Training for one of the nation’s largest real estate services companies.


From 1996 through 2002, Patrick was Executive Vice President of Florida’s largest independent real estate firm, Arvida Realty Services. During his tenure he ran the company’s REO asset management division, corporate relocation division, nationwide broker network and referral associates of Florida. The collective units generated over $1.2 billion in annual sales.


With his in-depth experience in corporate business development, Patrick developed a cutting edge Employer Housing and Finance program which was adopted by dozens of credit unions throughout south Florida and is still in place today. This program includes mortgage financing, real estate and closing services all delivered as non-traditional employee benefits. These services are deployed along side a robust consumer education platform. This education provides consumers with practical knowledge to guide them through first time purchases, refinancing options and long term investment strategies.


In 2004 Patrick was asked to participate in Fannie Mae’s Employer Assisted Housing initiative providing real world insights into this still budding facet of the residential real estate industry.


Today Patrick works with the BMS team to continue to develop strategies and solutions to fulfill the needs of today’s real estate market. His areas of expertise include HAMP, HAFA and software development to support the ever changing climate of the distressed property arena.

 

Maurice Jackson
Manager

 

Maurice is a 10-year veteran of the real estate industry with expertise in marketing, acquisitions and property management services.

 

Maurice presently works with Broker Management Services Inc. in the day-to-day operations, focusing on corporate business development and loan pool sales. With his background in sales and marketing, Maurice shares the vision of reducing the cost of selling real estate by automating the home purchase process for large purveyors of distressed assets.

 

Maurice graduated from Lynn University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Science with an emphasis on Marketing and Management.

 

From 1999 to 2004, Maurice worked for eDirect.com as Marketing Manager for the company’s top advertising agencies, which included Media Partners Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, Edith Roman and Ogilvy Worldwide, among others. His responsibilities focused on marketing its clients’ products online. Maurice assisted these firms through all means of online advertising, including SEO, CPM, CPL and CPA campaigns. Maurice was a top producer for the company, managing multimillion dollar online marketing campaigns. He was also responsible for training employees in online marketing and assisted in the development of websites for a variety of companies.

 

Over the past decade, Maurice has utilized his real estate experience in many capacities, including traditional brokerage, website development and improving traffic to other brokers’ websites.

 

For the last five years, Maurice has been heavily involved in the distressed real estate arena. His dedication to excellence is invaluable to the lenders, servicers, private investors and asset managers seeking to improve the execution rates on their distressed real estate portfolios.
